Shipping

At Gaze Apparel, we provide two shipping modes for your convenience:

  1. Standard Shipping ($10)

    • Delivery Estimate: 5-7 business days

    • Note: Regional areas may require an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

  2. Express Shipping ($15)

    • Delivery Estimate: 2-3 business days

    • Note: Regional areas may require an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.

We aim to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner, regardless of the shipping mode chosen. If you have any further inquiries regarding our shipping options, feel free to contact us.

All orders ship within 48-72 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders after 2:00pm ACDT or outside ACDT business hours will ship the following business day.

  1. Delivery times provided are estimates starting from the dispatch date. We aim to dispatch promptly, but delays may occur during high-demand periods such as promotions, sales, holidays, and public holidays.

  2. You will receive tracking information via email immediately after dispatch to monitor your delivery progress.

  3. Multiple item orders may arrive in separate packages, each with its dispatch email and tracking number to expedite delivery.

  4. Cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item to Gaze Apparel, we kindly ask you to ensure that the return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To start the return process, please submit a return request through our Contact Us page. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with the necessary return procedure. Please remember to include your name and order number in the return request.

For a successful return, ensure that the items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Please note that Gaze Apparel does not cover the shipping costs for returns. All returned items qualify for a store credit note only, excluding the original shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Faulty Items

We understand the inconvenience a faulty garment can cause, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment it may have brought. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at Gaze Apparel. If you have received a faulty item, kindly reach out to us from our Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the fault.

Please be aware that garments damaged due to wear and tear are not classified as faulty items.

Sale Items

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns on any sale items. Kindly ensure your selection is suitable before making a purchase.

Jewellery

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges for jewellery products. If you have purchased a ring of an incorrect size, we can accept a return for store credit only.
